Shipping Policy

At TheSix TCGs Markham, we know how important your collectibles are. Whether you're purchasing the latest booster box, an Elite Trainer Box (ETB), or other sealed trading card products, we take every step to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During new product launches, pre-orders, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout Canada, with additional shipping destinations available at checkout where applicable.

If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed automatically during checkout when eligible.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • Local deliveries: 1–3 business days

  • Most Canadian destinations: 2–7 business days

  • Remote locations may require additional transit time.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order will ship once they become available.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your shipment may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please review each product description for the expected release date before placing your order.

Packaging

We understand the value of collectible trading card products.

Every order is carefully packed using protective materials to help prevent damage during transit. Sealed products such as booster boxes, ETBs, and booster bundles are packaged with extra care whenever necessary.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your confirmation email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, shipment delays or additional shipping charges may occur. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or experiences significant delays, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best possible resolution.

Please retain all original packaging and provide photos if your order arrives damaged.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be unavailable for shipment to certain locations due to carrier limitations or local regulations.

Any applicable restrictions will be communicated during checkout whenever possible.
