Welcome to the TheSix TCGs Markham FAQ. Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about orders, shipping, products, and more.
1. Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold at TheSix TCGs Markham are 100% authentic and factory-sealed. We only source genuine trading card game products from trusted distributors and suppliers.
2. What types of products do you sell?
We specialize in sealed trading card game products, including:

Limited and Collector Products
We currently carry major TCGs such as Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, and other popular card games.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location:

Canada: 2–7 business days

Local/nearby areas: 1–3 business days

Remote areas: may take longer
Processing usually takes 1–2 business days before shipment.
4. Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if available). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within Canada. However, international shipping may be available depending on the destination and carrier availability. If you don’t see your country at checkout, please contact us.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be modified.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
7. What happens if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged:

Keep all packaging materials
We will review the issue and work with you to find the best solution.
8. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, all sales are generally final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
9. Do you sell single cards?
At the moment, we focus on sealed products only such as booster boxes, ETBs, and bundles. Single cards are not currently available.
10. When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items will ship once the product is officially released and arrives in stock.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together unless otherwise stated.
11. How is my order packaged?
All orders are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure your items arrive safely and in excellent condition.
We take extra care with sealed products like booster boxes and ETBs.

We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.
13. Do you restock products?
Yes. We regularly restock popular sets and new releases. Availability is updated frequently, so check back often or follow us for updates.
14. Why did a product go out of stock after I added it to my cart?
TCG products often sell out quickly due to high demand and limited supply. Inventory is not reserved until checkout is completed.
