Damaged or Imperfect Sealed Products

Many sealed products may have minor imperfections from the manufacturing, printing, packaging, or distribution process. Because of this, 6ix TCGs Markham cannot guarantee that every sealed product will be completely free of minor cosmetic imperfections, and we do not offer refunds for minor manufacturer or packaging imperfections.

We inspect sealed products before shipping and do our best to ensure that there are no significant defects or damage.

If an item has a minor tear, rip, dent, or other cosmetic imperfection before shipping, we will contact you before shipping the order when we believe the condition may be significant enough to warrant your attention.

Damage During Transit

If your sealed product is damaged during shipping:

• Please contact us as soon as possible on the day your package is delivered.

• Email thesixtcgs@gmail.com with the subject line "Damaged During Transit".

• Include clear pictures of the shipping package and the damaged product.

• We will review the damage and determine the appropriate resolution.

• The product must remain substantially sealed and intact.

• Minor tears or rips may be eligible for review as long as there is no indication that the product has been opened or tampered with.

• Any indication of tape, glue, resealing, or other tampering may result in the claim being rejected.

• If the shrink wrap has been completely removed, we cannot verify the condition of the product prior to or during transit and the claim may be rejected.

We carefully package orders to minimize the possibility of damage during shipping, but we cannot guarantee that packages will not be damaged while in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in-store, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to the condition of the product.

Products must be returned in their original condition and may be subject to inspection before a return or exchange is approved.

Online Orders

For online orders, customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the package.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to 6ix TCGs Markham. Once the product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed for the eligible purchase amount.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please email thesixtcgs@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request" before sending anything back. Returns must be approved by 6ix TCGs Markham before being shipped to us.

Singles

We do not accept returns or refunds on singles purchased in-store or online.

Please carefully review your purchase before completing your order. We do not offer "trade backs" or returns simply because a customer changes their mind about a card.

If a single arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, we may offer an exchange or store credit depending on the circumstances and upon receiving sufficient evidence.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or picked up by the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled through 6ix TCGs Markham.

For approved cancellations, we may provide store credit or an exchange for products of equivalent value.

Due to processing fees and the nature of our margins, refunds are generally not available for cancellations. Depending on the circumstances, 6ix TCGs Markham may approve a refund subject to a 5% cancellation/restocking fee.

To request a cancellation, email thesixtcgs@gmail.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request".

Pre-Registered Event Spots

Pre-registered event spots are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled on the day of the event.

If a customer does not attend the event, the entry is considered forfeited.

If you need to cancel an event registration, please contact us at least 1 day before the event date.

Pre-Orders

Pre-Order Cancellations

We generally only list pre-orders once we have received confirmation of our expected allocation.

Pre-orders may be cancelled as long as the order has not shipped. Approved pre-order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

6ix TCGs Markham reserves the right to cancel a pre-order if we are shorted on our allocation, do not receive the expected product, or are otherwise unable to fulfill the order.

Pre-Order Price Differences

If a pre-order product or eligible pre-order single is discounted after release, customers who pre-ordered the item may be eligible to receive the difference as store credit.

To request a price adjustment, email thesixtcgs@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line "Preorder Difference".

Price adjustments are issued at the discretion of 6ix TCGs Markham and do not apply to every promotion or temporary sale.

Failure to Accept Delivery / Signature Required

This policy applies to orders requiring a signature that are returned to 6ix TCGs Markham because the customer failed to accept delivery, refused delivery, or missed the required delivery attempts.

Pre-Orders — Failure to Accept Delivery

If a pre-order is returned to us because the customer failed to sign for or accept the package:

First Redelivery Attempt

We will attempt to contact you to arrange one redelivery at no additional charge.

This complimentary redelivery applies one time only.

Additional Redelivery Attempts

Any additional redelivery attempts will require the customer to pay the applicable shipping costs before the order is resent.

Cancellation After Return

If a pre-order is cancelled after being returned to us due to failure to accept delivery:

• The cancellation will be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation.

• The applicable 10% pre-order cancellation fee will apply.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Market price changes, product value fluctuations, or release-day pricing changes do not exempt the customer from the applicable cancellation fee.

Regular Orders — Failure to Accept Delivery

For regular in-stock orders returned to us because the customer failed to sign for or accept delivery:

First Redelivery Attempt

We will attempt to arrange one redelivery at no additional charge.

Additional Redelivery Attempts

Any additional redelivery attempts require the customer to cover the applicable shipping costs before the order is resent.

Cancellation After Return

If a regular order is cancelled after being returned to us:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Any approved refund will be reduced by applicable shipping and handling costs.

• A 5% restocking fee will apply.

Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged and the product inside has also been damaged, please contact us the same day you receive the package.

Email thesixtcgs@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear pictures of the shipping box/package

• Clear pictures of the damaged product

• Any other relevant pictures showing the condition of the shipment

Prompt reporting is important because the shipping carrier may have specific deadlines for damage claims.

Once we receive the required information, we will review the situation and, where applicable, begin the appropriate claim process with the carrier.

Manufacturer Defects

6ix TCGs Markham is not responsible for manufacturer defects found inside new and sealed products, including but not limited to:

• Damaged cards

• Printing errors

• Centering issues

• Missing cards

• Incorrect cards

• Packaging errors

• Other manufacturing defects

If a manufacturer defect is discovered inside a sealed product, customers should contact the manufacturer's customer service department directly for assistance. Manufacturer contact information is often located on the product packaging.

Singles & Singles Shipping

We do not accept returns or refunds for singles purchased either in-store or online.

In certain circumstances, we may offer an exchange or store credit if a single arrives damaged or is lost during shipping. Sufficient evidence may be required before any resolution is provided.

Untracked Shipping

Orders shipped using an untracked shipping option are sent without tracking information.

By selecting an untracked shipping method, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with untracked mail.

6ix TCGs Markham is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or otherwise not delivered when an untracked shipping method has been selected.

Customers who require protection and tracking should select an available tracked shipping option at checkout.

Policy Changes

6ix TCGs Markham reserves the right to update, modify, or change these policies at any time without prior notice.

Policies applicable to an order will generally be based on the policies in effect at the time the order was placed.
