However, product images, colours, packaging, artwork, and other visual representations may differ from the actual product due to differences in displays, devices, photography, manufacturer changes, or other factors.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, change product listings, limit quantities, or restrict purchases to particular customers, geographic regions, or jurisdictions where permitted by law.
For trading card products, manufacturer packaging, print quality, centering, factory cuts, minor packaging imperfections, and other manufacturing variations may occur. Such variations may not constitute defects and may be subject to our Refund Policy and any applicable consumer rights.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products or services in your order at the prices and terms displayed during checkout.
Submitting an order does not, by itself, guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled.
We reserve the right to accept or decline an order, in whole or in part, where permitted by law, including where there is a pricing error, inventory error, product listing error, suspected fraud or unauthorized transaction, availability issue, payment issue, or other material error or circumstance affecting the order.
Order confirmation and payment processing
After an order is submitted, Shopify may automatically send an email confirming that the order has been received. An automated order confirmation or payment receipt is intended to acknowledge receipt and processing of the order through our website and payment systems and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order where these Terms permit the order to be reviewed, declined, changed, or cancelled.
Payment may be authorized, captured, or otherwise processed by our payment provider before an order has been finally reviewed or accepted by TheSix TCGs Markham.
Where an order is declined or cancelled before fulfilment, any amount actually charged to you will be refunded in accordance with these Terms and our Refund Policy, including applicable shipping charges where appropriate.
Where we accept and fulfil an order, the transaction will be governed by the product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other terms applicable to that order.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if we decline, modify, or cancel an order by contacting the email address, billing address, telephone number, or other contact information provided with the order.
You agree to review your order carefully before submitting it. Where an order has been accepted and is already being prepared for shipment or has shipped, cancellation requests may not be accommodated except as required by law or permitted under our Refund Policy.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent that purchases made through our website are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

Pricing and listing errors
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing and product information. However, our website may occasionally contain typographical, technical, database, inventory, promotional, or other errors.
This includes situations where a product is accidentally displayed at an obviously incorrect price, including a price of $0.00 where the product is not intentionally offered for free.
If we identify a material pricing or listing error before an order is accepted, or where permitted by applicable law after an order has been submitted or payment has been processed, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or modify the affected order.
If an order is cancelled because of a pricing or listing error, we will refund amounts actually charged for the cancelled order in accordance with applicable law.
An automated order confirmation, payment receipt, or payment authorization does not prevent us from exercising rights under this Section where an order has resulted from a material pricing, listing, inventory, or other website error.
Nothing in this Section is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, or import charges.
Prices on our website may differ from prices offered in our physical store or by third-party sellers.

TheSix TCGs Markham is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology used to operate our online store.
However, purchases made through our website are transactions between you and TheSix TCGs Markham.
Shopify provides the underlying ecommerce platform and related services but is not the seller of the products offered by TheSix TCGs Markham.
To the extent permitted by law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for the products sold by TheSix TCGs Markham or disputes arising directly between you and TheSix TCGs Markham regarding those products.
